I should work for Dell because I'm not DUMB!!!

I ordered a computer of my very own on September 12th. I was soooo excited! But then...
9/18/09 - Your Dell order has been delayed...
9/30/09 - Your Dell order has been delayed...
10/1/09 - Your Dell order has been CANCELED... WHAT???!!!???

And now here I sit, on my parents computer, on my cell phone, on hold for the 9th time, with the 4th person, trying to figure out why my order has been canceled... (and I'm not exaggerating...I've been making tally marks every time they put me on hold!!!)

Dude #4 has been the most helpful so far. You know, actually looking up my account and such. Not just telling me another number to call to find out why my order has been canceled. So here I sit, listening to the most BORING music ever... thinking to myself that I should work for Dell because I'm not DUMB!!! And I speak real English...

I'll let ya know how it all pans out...

That is just crazy! They need to just give you your darn computer and stop being difficult... Do you want me to try and call? I'll give someone a good talking to! I miss you girl! Hope all is going well :)

You'd be the President of the company! Dave was talking to someone in customer support last week and he just about freaked out on them....and he's not like that. Crazy!!
