My grandpa's been bored lately. I think he was driving my grandma a little nuts. He likes to be busy. So in January, I decided that he needed a puppy!! So I easily convinced the rest of my family that we needed to get him one for his birthday in February! He LOVED his last dog, they were best friends. So after way too many years of not having a best dog buddy, he now has Waffle, the oh so cute 10 week old golden retreiver.
You may think that Waffle is an odd name for a dog, but in my family, all of our pets are named after breakfast foods :) My dog (that lives with my parents) is named Flapjack. So, my sisters and I decided that the perfect combination of golden retreiver doggies would be Flapjack and Waffle.
Our plan worked! My grandpa is busy. And very happy! (My grandma is too!)

I'm in love with Waffle!!! He is the CUTEST little guy ever! Was he a "clearance" puppy like Marley? Did you see that movie? So fun! I wish I had a Waffle at my house right now because he is adorable! Good Work Amy!
